BEAUTY BOOSTING INGREDIENTS

*ZINC– This physical sunscreen is a naturally occurring mineral that works by forming a barrier on the skin. This protects the skin from the sun’s harmful rays. It’s a broad spectrum UVA and UVB reflector approved by the FDA. Since it is not absorbed into the skin like synthetic sunscreens, it is non-irritating and non-comedogenic. Used as the main ingredient in diaper rash creams, zinc oxide is used to treat and prevent rashes and minor skin irritants.

*TITANIUM DIOXIDE– This physical sunscreen is naturally occurring mineral like Zinc Oxide. It is also a physical blocker and scatters UV light. Is commonly used in natural sunscreens and is great for sensitive skin.

*BEESWAX – This is a natural wax product found in the beehive of honey bees. It’s used like a “barrier cream” which protects the skin from external elements that may irritate the skin. (wind, sun, water)

*LANOLIN – This skin emollient softens the skin, reduces dryness, scaling, cracks, abrasions. It creates a natural barrier between the skin and the environment. This is a medical-grade lanolin that is used for nursing mothers and all possible irritants and impurities have been removed.

*TOCOPHEROL -Vitamin E is a vitamin and an antioxidant. It protects the skin by moisturizing it and neutralizing free radicals created by the elements and the environment.

*ARGAN OIL – Also known as Morroccan Oil. Argan oil is rich in vitamin E and antioxidants. These components help protect the tissues of the body from the damage of free radicals that can lead to visible signs of aging. Exposure to free radicals is due to environmental factors like pollution and UV exposure.
